Department of Natural and Cultural Resources Commissioner Jeff Rose to not seek Reappointment

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement announcing that New Hampshire Department of Natural and Cultural Resources Commissioner Jeffrey Rose will not seek reappointment.

"Commissioner Rose has served New Hampshire with distinction for the past five years, both as Commissioner of the Department of Resources and Economic Development, as well as the Commissioner of the recently revamped Department of Natural and Cultural Resources," said Governor Chris Sununu. "I appreciate Commissioner Rose's dedication, professionalism, and leadership, and wish him all the best in his future endeavors."

"Over the past five years, I've worked hard every day to put the interests of the agency, the state, and the people of New Hampshire front and center," said Commissioner Jeff Rose. "I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to serve the state I love in such a meaningful way. To have made positive and meaningful contributions to our natural, economic, recreational, tourism and cultural resources is something I will forever cherish."
