Plaintiffs Agree to Dismiss Challenge to HB 1264

Concord, NH - Today, following Wednesday’s unanimous decision from the New Hampshire Supreme Court clarifying the meaning and effect of HB 1264, all of the plaintiffs who filed the challenge to HB 1264 have agreed to dismiss their case.
 

“Today’s agreement to dismiss the challenge to HB 1264 is welcome news for New Hampshire voters,” said Governor Chris Sununu. “Our laws will now truly guarantee an equal right to vote and align New Hampshire with virtually every other state.
