Governor Sununu Statement Regarding NH Joining Coalition of 45 Attorneys General in Supporting States' Rights to Regulate Prescription Drug Costs

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement after Attorney General Gordon MacDonald joined a coalition of 45 attorneys general in filing an amicus brief in the United States Supreme Court supporting states' rights to regulate prescription drug costs.

"Reducing prescription drug costs has been a priority of this administration and I applaud Attorney General Gordon MacDonald for signing on to this important issue," said Governor Chris Sununu. "The cost of prescription drugs is a critical issue facing our senior citizens, and this action will help provide relief for the people of our state."
