Governor Chris Sununu Statement on Death of Capt. Ryan S. Phaneuf

Concord, NH - Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement after the Department of Defense confirmed the death of Capt. Ryan S. Phaneuf of Hudson, New Hampshire, who was killed in a plane crash on Monday while serving in Afghanistan:

"My sincere thoughts and prayers are with the family of Capt. Ryan S. Phaneuf of Hudson, NH. Capt. Phaneuf made the ultimate sacrifice so that we may continue to live freely. All of New Hampshire, and America, mourns the loss of this great hero."
