Governor Chris Sununu Statement on the 20th Anniversary of the Shooting in Colebrook, NH

Concord, NH - Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement regarding the horrific events that occurred in Colebrook 20 years ago that claimed the lives of four Granite Stater's:

August 19th marks one of New Hampshire's darkest days. We will never forget the names of Trooper Scott Phillips, Trooper Les Lord, Judge Vickie Bunnell, and Colebrook News and Sentinel Editor Dennis Joos, and we will never forget the tragic events in Colebrook 20 years ago. New Hampshire is grateful for the courage and sacrifice of the brave men and women who are on the front lines every day to keep our citizens and communities safe.
