Governor Chris Sununu Signs Two Bills Into Law, Vetoes One Bill

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu signed the following bills into law:

• HB 703, an act relative to providing notice of the introduction of new high-cost prescription drugs
• HB 348, an act relative to procedures for condominiums with 25 or fewer residential units

Governor Sununu also vetoed SB 159, an act relative to net energy metering limits for customer-generators.
