Governor Chris Sununu Signs HB 494 Into Law

Concord, NH - Today, Governor Chris Sununu signed HB 494, relative to removal or containment of contaminants from the Coakley Landfill, into law.

"HB 494 continues New Hampshire's long and proud tradition of environmental stewardship," said Governor Chris Sununu. "This bill keeps us moving forward to protect our waterways and ensure that PFAS chemicals do not enter our water and jeopardize public health in New Hampshire."
