Governor Chris Sununu Signs HB 1129 Into Law

Concord, NH — Today, Governor Chris Sununu signed HB 1129, relative to notice requirements for certain municipal public hearings, providing for optional town meeting procedures during the state of emergency declared in response to the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19), and relative to online reporting of CARES Act disbursements, into law.
