Governor Chris Sununu Signs 14 Bills Into Law, Vetoes One

Concord, NH – Today, Governor Chris Sununu signed the following bills into law:

  • HB 89, An act adding qualifying medical conditions to the therapeutic use of cannabis law
  • HB 163, An act relative to cannabis use during pregnancy
  • HB 178, An act relative to the parole of prisoners and the procedures of the adult parole board
  • HB 270, An act relative to post-conviction DNA testing
  • HB 299, An act relative to responsibilities of the Insurance Department
  • HB 312, An act relative to deadlines in consumer credit applications, licensing requirements for mortgage loan originators, examinations of family trust companies, delegation by credit union boards to committees, qualifications of the banking commissioner, and authorizing depository banks to elect benefit corporation status.
  • HB 378, An act repealing the therapeutic use of cannabis advisory council
  • HB 451, An act relative to organizations authorized to issue decals for multi-use decal number plates and relative to gold star family decals for motor vehicles
  • HB 456, An act relative to the disclosure of information from vital records
  • HB 496, An act relative to license plate covers
  • HB 519, An act relative to technical changes in the laws administered by the Insurance Department
  • HB 520, An act relative to e-delivery of insurance documents and commercial lines renewal notices
  • HB 582, An act relative to prescriptions for the treatment of attention deficit disorder, attention deficit disorder with hyperactivity, or narcolepsy
  • HB 630, An act authorizing certain procedures for rulemaking

 

Governor Sununu also vetoed HB 184, an act relative to the operation of personal water craft around the marshlands or flats of the Rye estuary and the New Castle back channel.
