Governor Chris Sununu Proclaims February as Black History Month in New Hampshire

Concord, NH - Today, Governor Chris Sununu issued the following statement regarding proclaiming February as Black History Month in New Hampshire:

"I am honored to proclaim February 2019 as Black History Month here in New Hampshire in celebration of the countless ways in which African-Americans have helped to shape our state, and our country's, vibrant culture. As Granite Staters, we are proud to take part in this cherished celebration as we observe and reflect upon the tremendous sacrifices that generations of African-Americans have endured in pursuit of equality and justice for all."
