Governor Chris Sununu Directs Flags to Half Staff

Concord, NH – Today, in accordance with the President's proclamation, Governor Chris Sununu has directed all flags on public buildings and grounds in the State of New Hampshire to be lowered to half-staff as a sign of respect for the service and sacrifice of the victims of the attack at the United States Capitol on Friday, April 2, 2021 and remain at half-staff until sunset, April 6, 2021.

“Today’s act of violence at the United States Capitol is a senseless and tragic occurrence," said Governor Chris Sununu. "I join with my fellow Americans in mourning the death of Officer William Evans, and in praying for all those injured.”
