Governor Chris Sununu To Bring Late Item at Tomorrow's Executive Council Meeting

Concord, NH - Today, Governor Chris Sununu announced the following statement after requesting the Executive Council adopt a resolution directing questions regarding House Bill 1264 to the New Hampshire Supreme Court:

"My position has not changed," said Governor Chris Sununu. "I remain concerned about the bill's constitutionality, and as such, I am asking the Supreme Court to weigh in on this issue to put this matter to rest once and for all."
