Back in Business: New Hampshire Bagpipe Maker Receives Permits

Concord, NH – Governor Chris Sununu and Gibson Bagpipes LLC issued the following statements after Gibson Bagpipes received their CITES permits yesterday morning:

"We will not let government bureaucracy stand in the way of helping small businesses," said Governor Chris Sununu. "Working with the Administration, I am proud to say that Gibson Bagpipes received their long-awaited permit yesterday morning. These much needed permits will allow Gibson Bagpipes to export their first-class product to countries across the world – and serves as another example of a New Hampshire small-business with a global impact."

"Now that we have the CITES Permits in hand, we will again be able to ship our world class, handcrafted, Great Highland Bagpipes and Scottish Small Pipes to our customers globally," said Gibson Bagpipes LLC. "We appreciate the patience of our customers as we have worked through this permitting process."
