CONCORD – President Obama has ordered flags be lowered to half-staff in honor of the shooting victims at Ft. Hood. Flags will remain at half staff through Tuesday. Gov. John Lynch urges all New Hampshire citizens to lower flags to half staff to honor the victims of this tragedy.
