CONCORD - Gov. John Lynch today directed flags lowered to half-staff on Monday, May 25, and Saturday, May 30, in recognition of Memorial Day. Gov. Lynch has also asked all the citizens of New Hampshire wherever they are at 3 p.m. on Memorial Day to pause, reflect, and observe the National Moment of Remembrance to highlight the importance of the holiday.
