CONCORD - Gov. John Lynch today signed a bill (SB 153) aimed at helping auto dealers and their employees when auto manufacturers close dealerships. The legislation also helps to protect customers by allowing local dealers to continue servicing their vehicles.

“As the auto industry goes through these difficult economic times, I believe it is important that we do what we can to help auto dealers and their employees and customers when manufacturers close dealerships,” Gov. Lynch said.
