CONCORD - Gov. John Lynch has asked that flags be lowered to half-staff on Friday, October 24 and Saturday, October 25, to honor New Hampshire Army National Guard Cpl. Scott Dimond of Franklin who was killed in action in Afghanistan on October 13.
