    Governor Lynch has set a goal of ensuring that New Hampshire gets 25 percent of its energy from renewable sources by 2025. To help achieve this goal, the Governor created a Climate Change Task Force, which has recommended other steps the state can take to reduce global warming. more...
  • Expanding New Hampshire's Energy Choices and Creating Green Jobs
    Governor John Lynch proposed and signed into law the Renewable Energy Act, aimed at helping New Hampshire get 25 percent of its energy from renewable energy sources by 2025. This law is helping attract alternative energy jobs to New Hampshire, and will build New Hampshire's economy by increasing our energy independence, diversifying our energy sources, and encouraging investment in new, cleaner energy production in New Hampshire.
  • Green Jobs Initiative
    The Governor has also created a Green Jobs Initiative, which seeks to achieve the goals of increasing energy efficiency in homes and businesses while creating the green job opportunities.
